At Spice Passport, we stand behind the products we sell.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or significantly different from what was described

we will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.

Standard Returns

We accept returns on eligible unused items in original packaging.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • No restocking fees on approved returns

Freight & Commercial Equipment

Certain large commercial equipment items may ship via freight carrier and may require curbside delivery appointments.

For freight shipments:

  • Customers should inspect shipments before signing delivery paperwork
  • Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery
  • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Please contact us before returning any large commercial equipment so we can assist with return authorization and shipping coordination.

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after the returned item is received.
