5. Freight & Large Equipment

For freight deliveries:

  • Customer must inspect the product upon delivery
  • Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier before signing
  • Failure to report damage at delivery may void claims

6. Returns & Refunds

Free returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

We do not accept free returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us or the manufacturer.
